Definition of sustainable development:
"Sustainable development is a socioeconomic term used by the United Nations to chart a course for global environmental, social, and economic development. Its primary goal is to improve the living conditions of every individual in society, develop means and methods of production, and manage them in ways that do not lead to the depletion of the planet's natural resources, even if we do not overburden or deprive the planet of these resources (meeting the needs of the present generation without wasting future generations' rights), and without overusing the remaining natural resources on our plunder."Ministry of Environment Water & Agriculture (2018)
Some examples of sustainable development :
"There are various examples that constitute a model for achieving sustainable development. Solar energy investment is one of the most important areas in support of sustainable development, in addition to wind energy, as well as several projects in developing and managing agricultural crops, water purification, investment and increasing green spaces."
